EVB’s neighbor / friend / trainer / barber, MichaelTheBoxer, is also quite an artist. His gym walls are covered in original hand-drawn ‘aspirations’ as he calls them. They’re roughly drawn and they’re often misspelled. But, what they lack in grammar, they make up in sincerity, passion and their raw ability to inspire. The lessons of fighting are universal.

So, we commissioned MichaelTheBoxer to fill EVB’s space with his ‘aspirations.’ We gave him no rules, no guidelines. So far, he has drawn four around the office. The latest one is pictured above. We’ll be posting them as they come in. We hope you find a little “aspiration” in them as well.
