Good comments overall! I do, however, I find his opinion on “blending” home life and work to be a little sad, if not altogether a bit disturbing. The inability to prioritize focus when and where it matters is a failing I see lost in our industry more and more often of late. Not having the ability to step aside from work when its time to go home and have dinner with the family is an all-to-typical sign of someone who will easily wake up one day, too late, and wonder where their life went.
