We are also incredibly grateful for the hard work of Adi Goodrich, our set designer, and Robin Vane, our costume designer. GE asked us to help celebrate the spirit of invention by building a model air show. And they gave us a MakerBot – a 3D printer – to fill it with whatever people on Facebook suggest.
Every week on the GE Air Show Facebook tab we’ll post a new question about what to print next. We’ll then select a few of the best submissions and use the MakerBot to bring them to life. These selections will be featured in video installments, added weekly to the Facebook tab.
It’s true. The Bureau is looking for some special talent. The only requirement is that you are smart, creative, multi-talented and have a deep understanding of why you spend so much time on your computer. That and you are open to trying yoga.
