DLB (Dynamic Load Balancing) is available in the BCP series AC EV Charger for home use, when the EV charger is working with other household appliances at the same time, the DLB box can maintain the dynamic balance of the total household current and ensure the safety of electricity to avoid home over load.
Set the Max current value of the main line on the DLB box. The charger will read this current value and automatically adjust the charging current (6A-32A) according to the idle load quota, so that the total household current will not be overloaded due to charging. This function can effectively use the power supply without providing additional power for the charging or home line update.
An RFID reader function is built onto our AC EV charger. This function acts as a lock to prevent any unauthorized charging of electric vehicles, which can lead to an unplanned jump in utility bills. Those with the proper RFID cards or chips can operate our AC EV charger.
One of the common issues among EV chargers is the contractor when these stick to the socket due to a short-circuit incident. When this happens, the connector becomes life and can shock people.
To prevent this from happening, our AC EV chargers have a contractor adhesion protection function. While the charger is in operation, the main control chip of the unit measures the voltage of the contactor output. Should it detect an AC voltage on the output when the unit is not charging a vehicle, a fault protection routine will emit an alarm and close the onboard relay.
With the contactor adhesion protection feature, our AC EV chargers are safe for residents, office workers, staff, and other users.
All of our AC EV chargers can be controlled via a mobile app through a Bluetooth or WIFI connection. Users can assign ownership of our chargers by adding a password lock onto the unit, preventing unauthorized charging and discouraging any criminals from stealing it.
Various information can be shown on the app such as the current charge status of an electrical vehicle and historical uses. Users can set other settings such as the DLB function, monthly charging value, and other functions. Scheduled charging can also be set on the app.
