Caitlin (her friends call her Cait — just don’t call her Catie) has worked as a strategist for start-ups, nonprofits, and brands like Levi Strauss, RE/MAX, UGG, Panda Express and Bed, Bath, & Beyond. She once helped a cookie dough company pitch on Shark Tank. (They didn’t get the deal, but they opened a 24 hour cookie dough bar in Vegas. That was Doughp.) She believes the best brands act like cultural catalysts; strategy finds the spark and creative builds highly flammable, ad-like objects. (Then people light it on fire.) Caitlin has BA in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara, a MBA in Brand Strategy from VCU Brandcenter, and is a certified Advanced Nitrox scuba diver who can identify fish 30 meters deep.
