As managing director, Kathleen Foutz has been a driving force at EVB since she joined the agency in 2012 after 16 years leading the client services team at Publicis & Hal Riney. A fearless leader and passionate marketer, Kathleen contributes a keen business sense, strong strategic perspective and total collaborative approach to each project she leads, developing growth strategies not only for clients but for the agency as well. In addition to helping her clients make a big impact — both in the category and with consumers — she is inspired to help her team members grow their careers, learn new and different things, and venture beyond their comfort zones.
A veteran of leading agencies including Young & Rubicam and Ogilvy, Kathleen has managed teams responsible for the delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns, ranging from traditional advertising to direct response, digital and social to design and event sponsorship to experiential marketing programs. Throughout her prolific career Kathleen has been responsible for business growth, agency relationships and the financial health of leading brands in a spectrum of categories, including telecom, financial services, consumer packaged goods and high tech. She’s also had a bit of fun along the way.
Kathleen’s most prized achievement? Impressing her teenage kids with her mad skateboarding skills.
